This website offers both digital products and physical products.

Digital products include, but are not limited to, guitar cabinet impulse responses (IRs), amp simulation presets, and related audio files.

• Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase
   
• No physical items are shipped for digital orders
   
• It is the customer’s responsibility to download and back up purchased files
   
• Access to digital downloads may be time-limited; please download files promptly
   

Physical products include, but are not limited to, CDs, apparel, and merchandise.

• Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout
   
• Shipping times may vary based on location, availability, and fulfillment method
   
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address details
   

If an order includes both digital and physical products:

• Digital products will be delivered electronically
   
• Physical products will be shipped separately
   
• Delivery timelines may differ between product typesNo physical products are shipped.
   
• Downloads are delivered electronically after purchase.
   
• It is your responsibility to download and back up your files.

When you purchase a digital product from this site, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

You ARE allowed to:

• Use the products in personal or commercial music productions
   
• Use the products in recordings, mixes, releases, and live performances
   
• Use the products in client work (mixing, mastering, production)
   

You ARE NOT allowed to:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the products
   
• Include the products in any competing IR, preset, or sample pack
   
• Upload the products to torrent sites, forums, or file-sharing platforms
   
• Claim the products as your own creations
   

Ownership of the original files remains with Sounds of Chaos Below.

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

• All sales are final
   
• No refunds or exchanges are offered once files have been downloaded
   

If you experience a technical issue (corrupt file, missing download, etc.), contact us and we will resolve it.

Our products are tested with common modern amp simulators and DAWs, but:

• We cannot guarantee compatibility with every system, plugin, or setup
   
• You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your software and hardware
   
• Tone results may vary depending on your signal chain, guitar, pickups, tuning, and playing style

This website may link to third-party platforms (such as Fiverr) for mixing and mastering services.

• All service agreements, pricing, revisions, and deliverables are governed by the terms of those platforms
   
• Digital product purchases do not include services unless explicitly stated

All content on this website—including product names, audio files, text, graphics, logos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Sounds of Chaos Below, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products
   
• We are not responsible for lost data, lost income, or project outcomes
